Finishes
The finish is the part of an epoxy floor you actually choose.
Two floors laid with the same care can look nothing alike. These are the finishes we offer. We do not lay metallic epoxy, so if that is the look you are after, we are not the people to call for it.
Flake
Coloured flakes broadcast through the coating, giving a speckled, textured finish.
Solid colour
A single, even colour across the whole floor, for a clean and uniform look.

What an epoxy floor is, rather than a promise about what any particular floor will do.
One continuous surface
Epoxy cures into a single seamless layer bonded to the concrete. There are no joins running through it, which is both how it looks and why it behaves the way it does.
Made to be used
It is a durable finish, which is the whole reason for putting one down. A floor is the surface everything else in the room happens on, and it gets treated accordingly.
Easier to keep clean
Bare concrete is porous and holds onto whatever lands on it. A coated floor gives you something to wipe rather than something that soaks in, so cleaning it is a job that finishes.
Decorative, not just protective
A coating that is only doing a job leaves you with a floor you tolerate. A decorative one leaves you with a floor you chose — which is why the same product suits a home and a commercial space.

What is epoxy flooring?
Epoxy flooring is a coating applied over a prepared concrete floor. It goes on as a liquid and cures into a hard, seamless surface bonded to the concrete underneath.
Because there are no joins for dirt to collect in, it is easier to keep clean than bare concrete, and it can be finished in a range of looks rather than left plain grey.
How much does epoxy flooring cost?
It depends on the floor. The main things that move the price are the area being covered, the condition of the existing concrete, how much preparation it needs, and the finish you choose.
A sound, clean slab is a very different starting point from one that needs work first. We would rather quote your floor properly than give you a number that changes once we know what is actually there. The quote is obligation-free.
Is epoxy flooring good for homes?
Yes. We lay decorative epoxy floors in residential as well as commercial spaces, and the qualities that make it work in a business — a hard, seamless, easy-to-clean surface — are just as useful at home.
It suits any space where the floor is concrete and you want something more durable and better looking than the bare slab.
Is it better to paint or epoxy a garage floor?
They are different products doing different jobs. Floor paint is a thin coating that sits on the surface. Epoxy is applied considerably thicker and cures into a hard layer bonded to the concrete, which is why it stands up better to the traffic, scuffing and spills a garage floor gets.
Which one makes sense depends on the floor and what you want from it, and that is worth a conversation before you commit either way.
